How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your ChatExpert subscription at any time without having to call or contact support. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your ChatExpert Dashboard at chatexpert.in/dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings $\rightarrow$ Billing & Subscriptions.
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your choice.

Upon cancellation, your card/account will not be charged for future billing cycles. Your account will remain fully functional until the end of your current active billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

Because ChatExpert provides immediate digital cloud infrastructure and AI compute resources upon signup:

Standard Recurring Fees:

Monthly and annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Technical Faults / Outages:

If you experience a severe platform failure attributable directly to ChatExpert that prevents core automated messaging for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

Accidental Duplicate Charges:

If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment gateway glitch, the duplicate transaction will be refunded 100% immediately upon verification.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back directly to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking):

  • UPI & Net Banking (India): 2 to 5 business days.
  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5 to 7 business days (depending on your issuing bank).
  • International Cards / Stripe: 5 to 10 business days.

ChatExpert is a pure cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Upon successful payment or free trial activation, access to your dashboard, AI assistant training tools, and WhatsApp connectivity is provisioned instantaneously (under 60 seconds). No physical goods are shipped.
